- Registration Fee is due at registration and is not refundable.
- Records required at time of registration for new students – Copies of Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate, and Social Security Card. For grades other than Pre K and Kindergarten, a copy of the current year’s report card is also required at time of registration. The Transcript, Immunization Record, and Custody Papers (if applicable) are due by August 1, 2010.
