Happy Summer Time! This summer has been filled with many wonderful ideas for the 2010-11 School Year. We are extremely excited about the upcoming year.
This summer letter includes important dates, uniform discounts and information. Please do not hesitate to call or email us with any questions you may have regarding our school.
Uniforms should be purchased from Uniform Plus at 303 East Judge Perez Drive. Our shoes are solid black tennis and can be purchased at Ponseti’s in Clearview Mall. Pre K and K students should have Velcro black tennis shoes. Uniform socks have been added this year for all grades. The top of the crew sock has OLPS screened. These socks should be purchased from Uniform Plus, no other socks should be worn to school. The girl’s sweatpants may only be worn under the girl’s skirts in the months of December, January, and February during very cold conditions. We have a new sweatshirt design that can be purchased from Uniform Plus. The 2009-10 sweatshirts can be worn in the upcoming school year if it still fits your child. Both Ponseti’s and Uniform Plus offer a 10% discount for Our Lady of Prompt Succor Families. Ponseti’s discount is available through June and the discount from Uniform Plus is available through July.
Students should have appropriate haircuts (no artificial coloring), no make up and or fingernail polish (clear polish only for girls) effective the first day of school. Students will gather in the gym for morning prayer and car line and walker dismissal will be the same as last year.
A copy of our supply list by grade level ia available in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. Please bring these items when you visit for our Welcome Back to School Day on Sunday, August 8, 2010.
Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. if we can assist you in any way.
